Status (updated 07-19 evening): Jul 16 session RAN (small group). Next session: Wed Jul 23 — fill campaign is back ON. The only two blanks gating copy sends (you send personally): ① the Meetup URL for the Jul 23 event and ② one real case study (company/result cleared for marketing use — no fake examples). Drop those two and the warm DM / warm email / cold email go out same-day. Copy is being re-dated to Jul 23. Q1 images: held for your lab session. Q2 Anika PDF: held until you say who Anika is.
What the boot camp actually is
Free 90-minute live session for total AI beginners: plain-English framing + a follow-along demo, no install, no pitch. Fill goal was +19–25 attendees in 24h (6 real + 2 hosts at last count). It feeds the larger Business Augmentation Fluency (BAF) funnel — brand page → interview web-app → tiered lesson routing (Thinkific later).

- New event date? — the master unblock (see above).
- Q1 image credentials — mockup render needs a funded OPENAI_API_KEY in .env.operator OR paid Gemini image tier; script staged, one command fills the v2 gallery. (You said "we'll lab the images" — still holds.)
- Q2 "Anika" PDF — 38 image prompts built; you said you don't know who Anika is. A0 flagged to resolve the name before any send; PDF held.
- Q3 BAF preview verdict — keep/kill after you walk the phone preview (one label-overlap nit gets fixed regardless).
- Meetup link + real case study — same two blanks the decision queue asks for; they gate every copy send.
